As some of you know, I had serious pnemonia this year which threw off all my travel and planning. It also pushed the decision to cut back on the semi-comp sessions being offered to people I've never fought, met or spoken to before as I do not want to risk bad sessions and lose more time to avoidable injuries.

Also as many of you know I've been having issues with Yahoo Mail so when I reply back to you I will be CCing my alternate (also private) email so you can reply all for me to write back in decent time :)
